ALTA Insurance Surveys

I conduct surveys that meet the rigorous ALTA/NSPS standards required by title insurance companies for commercial properties and complex transactions. These surveys are more detailed than standard boundary surveys and include specific elements that title insurers and lenders require before issuing policies. 

While most of my work focuses on residential properties, I handle ALTA surveys when landowners are involved in transactions that require this level of documentation. The survey identifies boundaries, improvements, easements, encroachments, and anything else that could affect title or insurability.
